Health Tip of the day
Who all drank their water today!?..Not many of us I'm guessing most people don't realize
how important a daily intake of at least 6 to 8 glass of water may be for your health and beauty.
Every one wants the super smooth skin and beautiful healthy hair but its one small ingredient that most of us are missing and that's the wonderful world of water! so drink up and remember smooth skin, smooth water! other tips that will help clarify you skinand cleanse you soul =-)

1)Daily Vitamin
 
                                                                    
 2) Cutting out the refined sugars

3) Some Form of Daily work out
weather it is running, yoga or simply a brisk walk
                                                           

4) Last but not least a goodnight sleep
our bodies go through so many important
phases as we sleep and I don't think I want to miss out ;-)
